getproofz is a testimonial collection and display platform that enables users to:

• Create customizable testimonial collection forms
• Manage and moderate customer testimonials
• Embed testimonial widgets on their websites
• Track engagement and conversion metrics

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Create or distribute fake or misleading testimonials
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription.

Payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 14 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. Refunds after this period are provided at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by getproofz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including testimonials and project configurations. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Supabase, LemonSqueezy, Resend, and Vercel. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETPROOFZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless getproofz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
